1. Agreement
By purchasing or using GBPMakeover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GBPMakeover is operated by LocalTradeTools.com ("we", "us", "our"), United Kingdom.
2. The Service
GBPMakeover is a browser-based AI tool that generates Google Business Profile optimisation content. Upon purchase you receive lifetime access to generate unlimited GBP packs including: business descriptions, category suggestions, service listings, Google Posts, Q&A pairs, review response templates, photo checklists and keyword suggestions.
3. Licence
Upon payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use GBPMakeover for your own business or on behalf of clients. You must not resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the Service.
4. AI-Generated Content
Content is generated by the Anthropic Claude API. While we have designed the prompts to produce high-quality, relevant output, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be perfect for your specific circumstances. You should review and edit all generated content before use. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in AI-generated content.
5. Payment & Pricing
GBPMakeover is sold as a one-time payment of £47 (GBP). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change for new purchases but existing licences are not affected.
6. No-Refund Policy
GBPMakeover is a digital product that provides instant browser-based access upon purchase. The full functionality and scope of the tool are clearly described on the sales page prior to purchase. By completing your purchase you confirm you have read and understood what the product delivers. All sales are final — no refunds are issued.
If you experience a technical fault that prevents access and which we cannot resolve within 48 hours, we will consider a remedy on a case-by-case basis. To report a technical issue, email joe@gbpmakeover.com.
7. Intellectual Property
The GBPMakeover platform, design, and prompts are the intellectual property of LocalTradeTools.com. The content generated for your business is yours to use freely for your own commercial purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (£47).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
